Answerable and Unanswerable Questions in Research

An unanswerable question is one for which observation or other data collection procedures cannot provide an answer. An answerable question may be: How do we boost employee morale within the company?

An unanswerable question may be: Should we try to boost morale of the younger workers only and forget the older workers, because, in general, the older workers are not very marketable?
