- To help in solving problems.

1. INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS :
It seek only to clarify, to make something clear, to give information .
2. SUGGESTED SOLUTION MEETINGS :
At the starting of the meeting suggested solution is presented for discussion and debate.
3. PROBLEM SOLVING MEETINGS:
No group proceeds identically in trying to solve a problem, most often variations of problems, solutions, benefits, action steps occur.
